Terms Of Service

-To see my most recent artworks, check out my instagram page @royalcroww;-I accept money in EURO currency;-I exclusively accept payments through PayPal or KoFi;-If you are interested in something specific, or something that isn’t listed, feel free to DM me on Instagram for a quote;-I can draw both feral, anthro and humanoid characters (prices don’t change);-I only work with clear reference sheets: this means digital is preferred, NO SHADING and high res files (if one of these is an issue, don’t worry! I’ll try my best to work with what you give me, but please be warned that the colors may look slightly off as a result);-I DO NOT allow people to finish my art; even if your commission consists of a sketch, you DO NOT have permission to color it yourself/pay someone else to do it.-If you don’t like a sketch, I will likely re-use it for something else or throw it away. You are NOT allowed to upload, finish, pay someone to finish or otherwise use a sketch that was not used for the final commission;-If you decide to commission me, expect a 2-3 weeks turnaroud time;-I will only edit during the sketching phase. If you change your mind when I’m already lining, coloring or shading (unless it’s a mistake on my part) I reserve the right to refuse edits if I feel they require too much time;-I do NOT provide unwatermarked art. If you feel like a watermark is too big, ASK ME to make it smaller/move it somewhere else. You CANNOT edit my art without my explicit permission;-If I feel like what you want from me is out of my comfort zone or can't be achieved at my current skill level, I reserve the right to refuse the commission;-I will only accept NSFW commissions from adults;-I do NOT draw feral NSFW/hyperrealistic animal genitalia;-I will start drawing only AFTER the full payment has gone through (if you need a short payment plan, we can discuss it beforehand);-If you want your commission to be done quickly, I apply an “urgent fee” of 5€ to ensure the commission takes priority over others;-If you do NOT want your art published on my main account (royalcroww) or my NSFW account/twitter (if the commission is NSFW), YOU must tell me before the commission is finished.
I can always delete it after, but it’s on YOU if you forgot to ask me not to post it;-You can check the progress of your commission on my Trello;

BEFORE WE START - HOW DOES THIS WORK?

Wether this is your first time commissioning me or you're a returning commissioner, welcome!
My process is rather simple: once we've discussed what you would like to commission and after the payment has been sent, I will add you to my Trello so you can check the progression of my current commissions at any time (I will also regularly send you updates as I work on yours, so you can approve what's been done so far and give me feedback before I go on).
I will always try my best to accomodate any and all requests, so please don't be scared to ask for changes - especially while I'm still sketching!
I would rather start over a 100 times than create something you're not entirely satisfied with.
After a commission is done I will send you over the high resolution .png files through email and/or upload it to toyhouse.

reference sheet

Please note that I only offer ref sheets as lined and colored, not sketched or shaded!The price for a ref sheet is based on how many pieces you’d like to see in it.
For example, if you wanted a front + back view (fullbodies) of your character, that would be 80€
For a ref sheet with two views + an headshot, that’d be 105€, and so on.I add info for free, and accessories depend on the complexity (you can expect a simple collar to be free or very cheap, but a complex costume/accessory might cost more)If you’d like something specific, feel free to message me on instagram for a quote!

custom design

Custom designs follow the same logic as reference sheets.
The price, however, has an extra “fee” because with customs you’re also getting a brand new design along with a reference sheet.
I charge +10€ as a standard fee for a custom design.So, if you’d ask for a front view + headshot CUSTOM, you’d pay 75€ for a design (10€ standard fee + one fullbody 40€ + one headshot 25€).
-I can create characters based off of a song, a picture or a moodboard, or go off your ideas and description; otherwise, I can also work with artistic freedom.

icons

Line + color + shading : 45€Icons include a hand-painted background and a fully painted bust of the character; background, expressions and actions can be discussed with the buyer or I can work with full artistic liberty!

animated icons

Sketch + color : 70€
Shading: +10€Animated icons include a hand-painted background and a short loop of a character (10-15 frames); background, expressions and actions can be discussed with the buyer or I can work with full artistic liberty!

cardboard cutout

This commission format includes a fully rendered fullbody, or bust with an experimental background, smaller than the character itself, to look as if the character is standing in front of/coming out of it!The price for these is 70€ (bust) and 80€ (fullbody).

illustration

Illustrations are fully painted drawings of your character with a fully painted background.These start at 95€, and the price increases depending on what you want in it (the final price will be decided based on how complex the scene is/how many characters are in it.)
